Select the new head you want to use, copy it, then paste it as a new layer on the image where the body you want to use the face on exists. Then position the head over the existing head on that body. Then use whatever tools are necessary to resize, clean up, etc., the new head. Experiment with the feathering used in the selection of the new head. While all that might sound reasonably simple it comes with some caveats. If the new head is a different size than the one it replaces then resizing can create some artifacts. Is the new head in the correct perspective as the one it is replacing? There is also the problem of whether or not the lighting on the new head matches the lighting on the body you are moving it to (shadows, etc., need to match). This last issue can be addressed to some extent by using tools/brushes that lighten areas that need lightening and darkening areas that need darkening to simulate shadows, but that can be finicky work. A plugin like Nik Viveza that using control point technology can be helpful for that type of work also, but burn/dodge brushes in PSP can work also.

If the face is on its own layer then any editing you do on that layer only changes the face. I did say to paste the face as a new layer on the image which has the body you're going to use the face on.
