X8 problem resizing with vector text when word wrapped

I am having a problem with wrapped text
When vector text is used within a vector shape or selection and I re-size the image [all layers]the text won't re-size.
I am using Windows 8.1

I tried to insert it, but I am a bit rusty

We have word-wrap now!... Yes! Finally a Text feature upgrade. Grats Corel. Took 20 years, but still... Thanks! Is justify text coming?

EDIT: Corel PSP X8 wraps text to shapes and selections, but NOT to text boxes! I just bought it, so I'll use my biatching rights.
