I'm using the French version of X8.
Tried to resize by percent but no possibility.
Could you test and confirm ?

No Problems here on Win 7 or Win 8.1. Good to see that they have now allowed the resizing to be done by long side or short side.

Switched back to the English version.
Tried.
No problem : percent was fine.
Returned to the French version and all is OK now.
But I have seen the defect and I suppose it appears on particular situation. When occuring again, will do a screen capture.
