In a past life I supervised a large hospitals medical imaging department (angiography, cardioangiography, CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound etc. etc.), which means I worked more on-call hours than straight time

On top of that I also taught radiation physics and anatomy for one of their training programs as well as helping the seniors do their board preps.

Regular sleep? Whazzat? I don't sleep on a schedule most people would recognize.
