I made a NTSC mpeg2 video file with Windows 7 Pro and after that upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.
I want to make a PAL DVD using the above file and when I try to make a PAL DVD, at the Burn stage
I get an error: Corel Video Studio Unspecified error {5:0:0] in a small new window.
Also I found that I cannot open any project files made earlier.
What is the correct procedure when I want to make a PAL DVD from a NTSC mpeg2 file?
