i'm teacher of mathematics and i want to create animated handwritting using keyframes for video tutorials for my students.i know that i can do with photoshop CC and CS series but is very expensive for me.so i'm looking cheapier solution

depends on exactly what you want to do - but if you want blocks of text to move to specific locations at specific times I would use the "Customise Motion" option - that uses keyframes - type your text - right click on the text block in the timeline and choose 'customise motion. from the pop-up
