Good day,
I am new to Corel Aftershot Pro and love the user interface as well as the features. However, I have been running into an issue where when I import a photo into Corel AfterShot, it seems to take away color and adds a greenish HUE to the picture. At first I thought it was my camera, but it shows fine picture color in the display and when I import it into a different program or viewer the picture looks like it did when I captured it. To add to this, when I first put the photo in Corel it looks normal then quickly changes the colors. In addition, any edits you make to these photos don't come out quite right and enhances this greenish HUE.
In the Photos iv added you can see it in the carpet, which is a brown carpet. In the generic view it still looks brown, in the Corel shot it looks off.
Any suggestions?

What camera?
Looks like the profiling for this specific cam is botched. Try playing with the white balance.
cheers

Thanks AFX,
Iv tried adjusting the white balance but it just won't adjust it correctly. Maybe it will get fixed in a later update.
My apologies, I have a Nikon D330.

Re: Green HUE in Corel Aftershot Pro
Im sorry, I have a Nikon D3300. Not D330, not even sure if that exist
I have been working with Corel Tech Support and have provided them with a couple sample photos and a RAW photo to work with. I will post their solution if there is any on the forum.
@Hannes_hab - My issue appears to be similar to the one you linked, just with the D3300.

Re: Green HUE in Corel Aftershot Pro
I received a correspondence from Corel Tech Support. I provided them a sample RAW file and they got the same results on their end. They have forwarded the case to the engineering department. I will keep the forum up to date with any progress.
Thanks.
Thanks.
