Just to clarify: I don't want PSP being totally different or having the same vector abilities like CorelDraw. For my 'creating' i need a mix of raster and vector graphics, because i use the photo tools as often as the vector tools, but both don't need to be high-end tools. Having both in one software makes the creating process very comfortable. Textures for virtual worlds like i create have a strong tendency to realism, so a pure vector software wouldn't do it. Often i start from photos, edit them massively, add some vectors and effects to the vectors...
The issue i always try to circumvent is, that the world is divided into either raster or vector. And far most software tools are either raster or vector. IMHO Corel could work out this combination of raster and vector some more and set into focus as unique selling proposition.
Btw... i have the impression, that far most downloads offered online for PSP, like plugins, tubes, brushes, patterns and even tutorials... that those are mainly for 'creating', in the meaning of 'creating something new'. Am i right? So far i know, most of it is old, but still works fine.
Global players await Virtual Reality being the next big thing, a business of already billions and growing fast. If that comes true, there will be far more people creating content for such worlds.
