Photo Impact and Paypal Shopping Cart

Has anyone had trouble with the Paypal shopping cart and using it with Photo Impact? I can't seem to get the URL to work properly to go to a specific item. Each time you enter the URL in Photo Impact and save it as HTML, it simply sends you to Paypal.com and not the specific URL of the item you're selling. This is my first attempt at this so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Happy New Year to all!
