Help not sure what to do

Help not sure what to do
This morning I purchased PaintShop Pro X7 and now im stuck and cant get a hold of tech support i am having issues intalling the PSPX7_ScriptGuide.exe file that came with my downloads and I have noticed i only have 4 preset shapes can any one else please help me?

Could you be more specific about the problems you encounter?
You write that you are stuck with X7, but at what point do you get stuck?
Are you able to install X7, or does it "hang"during install.
Which version are you trying to install? The 32-bit, 64-bit or the combination?
Corel hasn't provided standard materials since X6.
So you need to copy materials from an older version into you X7 folders, or find them for download on the Net.
