No activation code

Post by peterharvey »

I have PSP Pro X6 running on a PC with Windows 7. I have installed it on a laptop with W10. It asks me for a serial number and activation code. I paste these in the boxes. It doesn't recognise them. I ask for confirmation. It says there is no activation code associated with my email address.

Welcome to the wonderful new world of Windows 10 and older versions of programs... I assume you registered X6 when you first installed it under Win 7 and using the same email address?

I have always found that 'pasting' the numbers never works. Only ever happens on Corel software. I always end up having to type them in manually.

I tried again. It opened again with a 7-day notice. Then it installed service pack 2. Then I opened it again. I pasted the serial number and activation code and it worked. I saved them band found that the saved activation code is not the same as the one that I had pasted in.
