"Do More" Tab Not Working

Post by AlexKrycek »

Just upgraded to Windows 10 and then did a clean install of Windows 10 and Paint Shop Pro X5. I also have installed VideoStudio X6 and that has the same problem.

Everything seems ok other than when I try and register to access the Do More icon, it's not working. Yet I am receiving an email to say I have successfully registered.

Without the access I can't get to the free templates.

Any ideas? I have tried a new clean install.

Brian - I have a solution! It is because my default browser in Windows 10 was "edge". You have to set the default browser to IE. These are the instructions for Win 7 but I adopted them for Win 10.

Click START
Find the Control panel
Click Control Panel
Make sure the View by option is set to Large or Small Icons
Double click on Internet Options
Click on the button labeled "Make default" in the Default web browser section at the top
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Button below labeled "Reset..." - VERY IMPORTANT
Click OK when done
Launch VideoStudio Pro X6/Paintshop Pro (close and reopen if the program was already open)

:D
