Even though it gives the option to screen capture at 30 FPS, my videos come out at 15 FPS. Is there a fix to this?
Thanks.

My settings is at 30fps and the captured video is at 30fps. No fix required since it works correctly

Interesting. If I try to capture with a video player playing, I get 15FPS. I do get 30 otherwise.

How about some description of exactly what you are doing, what video player, what video, etc?

Doing further experimentation:
Recording desktop = 30 FPS
Recording Zoom or VLC players = 15 FPS
Recording Windows Media Player = 30 FPS
Recording games = 15 FPS. This is the one I'd like to fix if possible.
The file type of the videos makes no difference.

Cannot duplicate your problem - all screen captures give 30fps if I set that frame rate. Doesn't matter what source.

Check for updated graphics card drivers from the cards manufacturer, not windows update. Check directx is up to date.
