Unable to install Update v2.2.1.64 Windows 7

AfterShot 2 v2.2.0.29 is currently installed.

When the update AfterShotPro2_64bit.exe v2.2.1.64 is run, I get the fallowing error:
The Installation Wizard encountered a problem while trying to configure your software. Could not access file: C:\UseCharlie\AppData\Local\temp\Corel AfterShot 2\2.2.1.0\ASP\AfterShot_x64.msi – This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

I have tried completely uninstalling AfterShot, deleting all AfterShot folders, removing all AfterShot entries from the registry and then reinstalling AfterShot before running the update. I still get the error.

Hopefully someone here has a fix for this.

My problem installing the latest AfterShot 2 Update 2.2.1.64x64 was been corrected by Corel AfterShot Technical Support.

I have seen many on this forum bad mouth Corel for lack of support, but my experience with Corel AfterShot Technical Support has been very very good. I can think of no way Corel AfterShot Technical Support would have been easier to work with or behaved more professionally.
