Error 1719
I have updated all my computers to Windows 10, one of my PCs is Windows 10 Pro. I try to install Corel Video Studio Ultimate X6 in safemode, on the Windows 10 Pro PC, and I receive the following error, Error 1719 Windows installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled. Video studio and corel windvd pro 11 cannot install on my Windows 10 Pro computer, but everything works fine on my other two PCs running Windows 10 Home. I contacted Microsoft Tech Support and they said I needed to contact Corel about this problem. How do I make this software install?

Do you think that way back in November of 2012 when Corel worked on X6 they had win 10 pro in mind?

I think Microsoft Tech Support are just passing the buck, error 1719 can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
If you Google search the error, you will find many solutions on how to fix the error, most of the solutions are from Microsoft Support
