Windows 10 and Corel Video Studio X6

Post by vilig »

I attempt to uninstall corel video studio x6 because of the error, an error occurred on your audio device, in windows 10 when trying to record. So read uninstalling and reinstalling to corel video studio works. The uninstall box in Windows 10 is to small to see the whole remove program window and when I tab to the remove button and click it nothing happens. Is there a way to uninstall the program from windows 10?

I don't know what you mean by the Uninstall box in Win 10 being too small to see. When, in Win 10, I go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, the window with the long list of all the programs on the computer fills the entire screen -- as it did in previous Windows versions -- and it is easy to then choose any of the listed programs for removal.

The box that shows up after you click uninstall corel video studio x6 is too small and the remove button does nothing when clicked.

I still don't understand what you are seeing that is too small. I just went through the process of removing VS X7 under Windows 10. The Uninstall Box is huge on my screen, and the Cancel and Remove buttons on it are not only large but they also work. (I don't have X6 on this computer.)

This seems to only be an issue on one of my computers. The other one I can uninstall.
