It *shouldn't*, as this is an OS upgrade, and is supposed to leave already installed programs intact. If for some reason it doesn't, just reinstall. I installed PSPX7 on the hard drive I had Windows 10 on when I was testing it, and had no problems.

Just FYI, I upgraded yesterday, and PSPX7 worked just fine afterwards.

Ditto. When I clicked on the icon, it just opened as usual -- no request for reactivation or serial number. But that is what I expected anyway...

It should, without a problem.
When upgrading van Win8.1 to Win10 you will be asked if you wish to continue with the Win8.1 setting or start from scratch with Win10.
Choose to run your old 8.1 settings.
Win10 is an update from Win7 or Win8.1 and as such doesn't overwrite or delete any settings you have on your system.
