Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone here uses paintshop for real estate photos. I already use videostudio for the videos. I'd be looking to be able to process HDR and maybe some raw images.

Your question relates to any photos regardless of the intent of taking them. Yes, you can process RAW photos in PSP and it does HDR as well.
