Help creating a retro chrome automobile emblem in PSP X6.

Trying to create a retro chrome automobile emblem in Corel Paint Shop Pro X6 (PSP X6), but I have not been able to find any documentation other than a How To in Photoshop (below), which I was not able to duplicate in PSP X6.
