Need help for Corel VideoStudio Pro X8

Hello.
I've been using Corel VideoStudio Pro X8 Ultimate for two months and I have to say, I'm not very pleased with it. I used to work on X4 but I've decided to switch to a newer version of Corel VideoStudio.
I've come across two major problems.
1: When two clips, images or sound/music tracks accidently goes on to each other, the software stop working a send me an Error Message. That is very annoying. And it happens quite a lot. ( Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 didn't have that sort of problem)
2: When I'm finished editing, and that I've chosen the type of format for the final project; the rendering works well, but when I watch the final video of the project, there are some unusual "bugs" on the video. It is actually the sound/music tracks who are affected by those "bugs". So what happens it that some sounds that must start at the beginning of a clip starts 3 seconds later. Again, it is really annoying. And sometimes, some small parts of the sound/musics got repeated shortly in the middle of a clip.
And again, I didn't have these problems when using Corel VideoStudio X4.
I do hope that someone will find a solution to those problems (I've spent a whole month working on this project)

Welcome to the forum and to X8.
Unfortunately your post is very general, I don't think what you tell was ever reported here before .
There are many changes from X4 to X8.
You need to give full specific info of the media involved and the output.
