I have a 600dpi TIF file. When I open it in Paint Shop Pro X6, all I get is a blank black canvas. The view size is 3%, and zooming in/out doesn't show anything.
I can view my TIF file fine in Windows, but PSP opens it blank. Why is this?
Any solutions are appreciated. Thanks!

Observed the same problem some time ago but it was black and not white.Grundberg wrote:I have a 600dpi TIF file. When I open it in Paint Shop Pro X6, all I get is a blank black canvas. The view size is 3%, and zooming in/out doesn't show anything.

They were scanned images. Sometimes, the TIFF file is not read correctly by PSP.
As I could not reproduce "on demand", bug cannot be send to Corel.

Re: Opening a TIF file: Black canvas?
I have just brought into X6 a 2372x3000 TIFF and it shows as it should, a picture! It is only showing at 18%, but I can zoom in and it's fine. Sorry you are having problems and of course you shouldn't. I cannot replicate your issue or yours Jean-Luc.
