Using Print Layout tool with passport photos

I'm using PSP X7 and it seems the Print Layout + Auto Arrange can be great for printing passport photos. The main challenge I see is to get the photos to print to the right size (multiple 2x2 inch photos on an A4 paper). Any suggestions?

Create a 2x2 image (300 dpi).
Open the print layout (I suppose it opens in A4 format related to your printer).
Drag the 2x2 image on the layout and place it until you get the multiple photos.
Got to:
File/Save template
Uncheck "Save with Image"
Hit OK.
Et voilà !
You may reuse the template for your future photos...

Update: Works perfectly. The only things I had to change were in the printer driver settings. My printer is Canon MX895 which defaults to Borderless and Standard quality. I had to switch to Normal-size and High quality to get a print in the correct size and with good quality.
