A clean uninstall is explained here for X5:
http://howto.corel.com/en/c/Removal_Ins ... hop_Pro_X5
At the bottom, they say to delete some key folders in the Registry.
I suppose those key folders are specific to X5.
Where to find the key folders for X6 and X7 ?

Re: Removal instructions
Best to use an uninstaller like Revo (free version is adequate)- http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uni ... nload.html
After selecting program to uninstall, you'll get three levels to select from, Moderate usually is fine in removing all registry entries, the next one up may get some leftover pieces in various folders.
I prefer using Revo rather than digging around in the registry hoping I get all the remnants and hoping I don't mess anything up.
Better yet, use one of the clean up tools posted near the top of this forums threads- they should do as good of a job as Revo, and you shouldn't have to remove anything manually in the registry-

Yes, I know that.rondo wrote:Best to use an uninstaller like Revo (free version is adequate)- http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uni ... nload.html

CCleaner exists too...
Using a "foreign" uninstaller was not recommended by someone from Corel.
I was searching official (Corel) solutions :
- they are some on top of this forum
- they are others in the Corel's knowledge base.
The link (X5) I posted was from Corel too.
It was very precise about the particular registry keys (naming them).
For those who are enough experienced and want to clean manually, it would be nice if Corel give us the particular registry keys for X6 and X7.
So, if someone from Corel read this Web Board and is able to give us this information, it would be very nice.

Re: Removal instructions
You are better using Corel's PSP uninstaller. It's found in a stickied post here.
