Edit node

PSP X6 Ultimate

When I create a vector layer and then create a shape when I right click for edit nodes there is no drop down. also if I go to layer and edit everything is grayed out.

In the layers panel I click the little arrow for sub layers but still does not work in 32 bit or 64 bit.

I have a desktop and laptop both set up as above, it works on the laptop but not on the desktop.

Maybe I have something set wrong, so help if you can

Disreagard please. I found my problem...I was not using the pen tool...duh!!
