Using fonts in external editor PSP

I am a a user of ASP since the early Bibble days. I use ASP for my picture adjustments and then I use PSP as an external editor for perspective correction, resizing and other tasks. Recently I have wanted to add text and annotations to some of my images. When I do this the fonts do not work properly and are so small for the allocated size that they are almost impossible to read. If I use PSP directly as the primary program there is no problem at all and the fonts work perfectly. Have I missed something when I send the image to PSP for editing or is there a bug? Perhaps some one could try this for me.

Check the DPI settings. They are probabaly different between the external editor call and the regular export.
