Picture Frames

I have PSP x7 and want additional picture frames, which I downloaded here:

I put them into my PSP folder and followed the install directions - but I can't find them anywhere? What do I need to do to have more options?

Did you set up a file location to point to your PSP folder via File -> Preferences -> File Locations -> Picture Frames?
