zPerspector for ASP 2.2
hi,
after long time, i finally was able to port the next plugin to ASP2.2 under Qt5.4...
attached below there are 2 packages.
zPerspector_WL.afzplug : 32 bit, Win + Linux
zPerspector64_WLM.afzplug : 64 bit, Win + Linux + Mac
edit: due to some legal aspects i again had to remove the plugin packages here. The plugin is sent to Corel to be put on the official plugin homepage of ASP. Thank you for understanding!

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
Thanks for the 2.2 compile, TinTin
However, on my 64 bit Windows 8.1 there is a strange grid over the image when the plugin is enabled (grid radio button off). The grid is visible both on the image on screen and on the exported image. On screen it is large squares, but on the exported image the grid squares is much smaller. The (strange) grid overlay is unchanged by any settings or values within the plugin.
Here is an example of the grid when the plugin is enabled... This is how it looks like when the grid radio button is enabled on the same image... This is the output image without grid enabled. The grid size is smaller than the one I see over the image on screen.

Mh.
I've not seen that before...
I'll check it asap.
Anybody else with same or similar issue?

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
Tried to reproduce this on Windows 7 and couldn't. Everything seems to work correctly.
Thanks.

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
Hello,
this things happen to me all the time when I am using zPerspector on Linux, and even with ASP 1 (I am only using ASP 1)
hopefully there is a workaround which work all the time: just crop the picture with the crop tool (even to the max) and those lines magically disappear.
nevertheless if I do not crop the pict it is not seen on the exported picture. So for me this bug is not really annoying.
cheers

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
I see the artificial grid only when I use the default Sharpening from ASP (Basic Adjustments) together with zPerspector. I have several examples. This does not happen with all of my photo's however. If you need an example, I will upload one to Dropbox.
BTW: I use ASP 2.2 on Linux.

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
It's the default sharpening for me also. I clicked it off before enabling zPerspector, and this time NO grid on screen or on export. Looks like this causes the problem on both Linux and Win 8.1/64...martvi wrote:I see the artificial grid only when I use the default Sharpening from ASP (Basic Adjustments) together with zPerspector.

Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
Given the rate they have updated the ASP plugin page in the past, it should be approx. 6 months before it's available there...tintin wrote:edit: due to some legal aspects i again had to remove the plugin packages here. Re: zPerspector for ASP 2.2
I found version 3.0.0 on the ASP site today:
http://www.aftershotpro.com/en/plugins/zperspector/
Is that the latest version?
I downloaded the 64-bit version and installed it (ASP 2.2.0.29). It seemed to install OK, and if I try re-installing it correctly asks if I want to replace the existing version. But I cannot find the plugin anywhere to use it. I have restarted ASP (multiple times)
It is not listed on the Plugins page, and it is not listed under plugins if I go to Help > System Info.
Am I looking in the wrong places, or is the version currently available at ASP plugins still not the 2.2 64-bit compatible one?

It will be 3.1.0 for the ASP 2.2 version.
Now available on the Plugins page http://www.aftershotpro.com/en/plugins/zperspector/
