Video Studio x8 crashes when saving

Whenever I try and create an AVI, Mpeg-4, WMV etc etc it gets to around 9% and then freezes and a message comes up saying 'Corel Video Studio has stopped working'. I have attatched the properties.

Where did you get that video from - - - - 120 fps ? - that's what VideoStudio doesn't like.

It probably also doesn't like the frame size of 960 x 540 much either!

I record with bandicam. Is there any way to alter the fps/frame size without re-filming?

Okay now not only does it crash while uploading, I can't play the file without it crashing. And now as soon as I try and upload it it crashes. I have re-flimed everything and turned it down to 100 fps. I would appreciate some help as I've been trying to get this to work for hours and recieved very little response. I have paid for Corel and I hoped it would work.

Why are you using such high frame rates?

What are you trying to upload and to where? It doesn't play with what software?

You are not supplying any information but only making generic statements.

I have re-filmed everything, again, to 50 FPS. That is the lowest I can go, or else it will lag while recording. It crashes when I play the project while in editing mode, or I attempt to render it.

It could be the compression that VS does not get on with, there should be other options other than AVI – Mpeg4 decoder.

If you wish to use MP4, I am sure there is an option other than AVI.

Otherwise --- try using Bandicam with AVI – Mjpeg compression

Why are you downloading the file again? Don't you have it saved somewhere in your system.
