Too many bugs

I have aftershot on a macbook OS 10.10.3. There are so many bugs it's impossible to use. The programme doesn't function consistently or reliably and frequently crashes. For example:

Copying images into the aftershot library is particularly tricky. I usually create a new folder in the library and move the files over from my memory card before editing them. This causes a range of issues. Sometimes images copy in duplicate, sometimes there some that don't copy, sometimes none of them do.

I have an old folder which I've deleted which still appears in my library. There are thumbnails of the photos that were in it. I can't delete the folder and when I click on the thumbnails to files which have also deleted the programme freezes up.

The programme crashed recently while I was editing a batch of photos I'd just copied from a memory card. When I opened it again all the images had gone.
