Can you provide a sample of your original video files, maybe upload to google Drive, Dropbox or Windows One Drive.
We can then download to see if we can replicate the crashes, clearly something is wrong.
It may be that you have to convert the video to another format before editing in Video Studio.
I would have thought that the program would cope with MJPEG Compressor type video files.
As an aside…I notice your profile shows Lenovo, I had a lot of issues with my laptop using the wrong graphics driver even though the pc was brand new.
