Hello, I have been trying to get x6 to save an mp4 video by using save as first clip. It makes it upto 99 or 100% then locks up with the notice that an unknown fault has happened. locks up to the point I have to reset the computer. The video will be in the proper folder but when played it flashes from about 4 different levels of brightness. Any have this happen?
Another item for this question is the playback for the file is 19 frames a sec. should be 29.97. Anyhow the problem has been solved.

first thing we need to know is what are the full properties of that first clip in your timeline and where did you get it from
Please RIGHT click over the first clip and choose 'properties' from the pop up - copy/screen shot the properties box and post it here along with information about the device which first made the clip.
