I HATE this "feature" with most DVD burning software. Is there any possible way to prevent the drive from ejecting the disc after burning? Otherwise I go do something else, then come back and the drive has been sitting open for hours getting dust in it.
I have Windows XP by the way...I've scoured the settings in Windows and can't seem to override software trying to eject discs, other than setting a large object in front of the drive lol
I love this software otherwise....
Can I keep the drive from opening after a burn?!?
Assuming you have DMF4....
try the following suggestions:
Go to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory\4.0" and open the DVDMFEnc.ini
Look for the DonotEjectAfterBurn and change the opposite value to 1. Try testing the software. Im not sure if its guaranteed to work but it works fine with me.
By the way, be careful not to change anything except the one I gave you. You might encounter software problems if you change anything in there....

Oops sorry I didn't even mention that I'm using 2.1. I've looked in its similar files but can't find that option anywhere. Oh well thanks for letting me know that! If anyone knows how to do it under 2.1 it would be appreciated, otherwise I guess I will upgrade!
Now I need to see how many other CD burning programs have options like that I can tweak
