Changing default editor for script editing
When I use the Text Editor button on the script edit dialogue it opens the script in Notepad. Where can I change it to another editor while keeping my Windows default txt file association pointed to another program?

It's under the File Locations dialog
File -> Preferences -> File Locations
It's the Python Editor section. The scripting for Script Authors tells you how to use IDLE for python editing if you like. I personally use notepad++.

Re: Changing default editor for script editing
Thanks! I checked all the other places but for some reason never thought it would be there. It's Notebook++ that I wanted to change it to also, specifically for the line numbering. It's difficult to troubleshoot a script without knowing the line numbers.
