HD Plug in 2.0 help..export to camera

Post by tv_news_guy »

This and the other boards have saved my arse so many times I can't remember. This time, however, I cant find someone who has already posted my particular problem. So, hello to all.. and here goes.
Im using MSP7.201006 HD plug in 2.0 on an XP pro system. After reading some of the posts here I got it to A: see my sony hdr-fx1 B: capture dv footage and c: capture hd streams so I can edit them in MSP.
My problem is getting them back out to the camera. When I capture a stream it is saving the file as 24bit(1440x1080) 16x9 MPEG2, upper field first, 25000, comp ratio 14%, 29.97 fps. Audio mpeg audio layer 2 48k, 16bit stereo. After I edit the file I want to save it as an hd or hdv stream. The Ulead workflow says I should do the following.. "Create_Video file_MPEG files(.mpg.m2t) then choose the appropriate template for HD.. In my case 1080i. Now heres the problem. WHen I click on the Template button I only see the following.. NTSC DVD, PAL DVD, NTSC VCD or PAL VCD. How do I access or import the HD templates. Barring that is there another way I can save the created video as an m2t file so MSP can recognize it and send it to the camera? Many thanks in advance to all the more technically inclined wiser heads out there.
