Make sure you have the latest patches for X9, the official version of PSP did not come with all of the python libraries. I think you need to specifically install Patch 1 before other patches. This was the result of Corel trying to make the download smaller. Did not go over well.
That's likely my problem with that script because I didn't install the last (4th) patch. I can't remember what the issues were supposed to be that people posted that followed installation of that patch but I recalled there were a couple or so so didn't bother with the patch. Is there a way to install the missing libraries without patching PSP? Or am I just mis-remembering that the latest patch caused any significant issues?

People always complain about big issues following a patch. So I couldn't say if you were remembering correctly or not.

I don't know if the link still works but Josephlin gave us a downloadable installer for the Python Packages - http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 60#p335860

If that doesn't work I'll see if i still have a copy. It's actually not hard to get the libraries. But you want to make sure you get the correct ones for the version PSP is using.

Nope, link doesn't have the package anymore. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and install the latest patch. Although, for all I know, it was not having that patch that saved me from the recent issue of crashing when using the New File icon - although that might have been because of other safety steps I usually take. :-)

Is it possible to have a similar script to load/save the File Locations? Or is it technically not possible due to PSP limitations?
