Incredibly Frustrated
I have a message from Corel.com saying my software is pirated. It is not i bought it direct from Corel last year. It is registered on Corel.com
The only option I have is to follow a link to verify the serial number - which doesn't work - SORT IT OUT.
If you are putting links to verifcation pages make sure those pages work - Web development 101 - test your code.
To further frustrate me it is impossible - impossible - to contact Corel.com. Go on try it; I can not find any page where I am able to contact customer service by e-mail.
If we were living in the eighties then this would be acceptable - but it is not acceptable at all.
If there is anyone from Corel who looks at this forum, can you sort this out.
I have paid in full for your product - I expect to be able to use it
Corel.com have locked my software

Re: Corel.com have locked my software
First of all, this is a user-to-user Board and Corel employees seldom if ever visit here. So while we can understand your frustration, we are not able to do much to help you.
You might, however, tell us which Corel program you are talking about. Corel maintains Facebook pages for a number of their programs, and have Corel staff available there to answer questions and complaints. You might want to try that route as I understand that they usually provide quick solutions for obvious public relations reasons!

I feel sorry for you. Did you contact with customer service?

Hi
Unfortunately the original poster never returned to the forum, its been over a year and we have no idea whether the problem has been fixed, nor what program was involved?
