I Need a Corel Link or Phone Number for Assistance

When I first bought my PSP X7 several months ago, I needed technical help. After several attempts, I got it from someone in my time zone and we talked on the phone. He also remotely took over my computer and solved my problem. Now, with a new computer (went from Win7 to Win8.1), I need assistance again adding a plug-in that I had purchased while I still had my old computer. Does anyone know how I might have done this previous contact (site link, phone number, whatever)? Being in the early stages of Alzheimer's, I find this frustrating because I know that, at one time, I could have handled the problem, but now find it overwhelming. What I need is for someone from Corel to help me. Can anyone help me with this?

Unfortunately, since you have had PSP on your computer for more than 30 days, you would have to pay to obtain Corel support. If you click on http://www.corel.com/au/training-and-su ... rack=mmsup you will see the support plans they offer and the prices. Once you have bought one of the plans they will respond to your problem.

There is also a PaintShop Pro page on Facebook which is staffed by Corel techs, and I understand they usually reply to questions posted there. Moreover, it is free! Good luck...
