Color Efex Pro question

I have psp X4 and efex pro 3.0 I use efex pro constantly for the "remove color cast" tool. Is there a way I can add a link direct to that on my toolbar? I tried doing a script and linked that on the toolbar and it does sort of work only the first time I use it after opening PSP it just opens the efex pro interface and I still have to scroll down and select the color cast tool. Once I do that the first time , as long as I keep PSP open it remembers that and when I click my script button it just does the color cast without opening the efex interface. If it would do that the first time it would perfect.

If I can't do that are the tools on the left able to be reorded so that the remove color cast is at the top rather than near the bottom?
