I have been using PSP X7 Ultimate for the past 3 months. It is an upgrade to the X6 version I had that would crash during startup. I assumed X7 would have a fix for that. Well now the X7 version is also crashing on startup. I downloaded upgrade from March but that did not resolve the issues. I have Win 7 Professional operating system.
Got any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you tried resetting the program to its original state? Hold down the Shift key when you click on the PSP icon on your desktop. You will get a msg asking if you want to reset it. OK that and let us know if that works.
