Hi guys,
I'm from France, it's my first post.
I use VideoStudio Pro X2 for many years, to proceed videos from a Panasonic cam, in AVCH files format, without any problem.
As that cam is died now, before buying another one, I use videos recorded from a smartphone Samsung Galaxy S4 advance.
Unfortunately, VideoStudio is unable to open such files which seem to be in mp4 H265 format.
Is there any procedure, or codec or extra module to add to allow VideoStudio Pro X2 to recognize such files?

If the Samsung video is indeed H.265, that is a relatively recent codec which came out long after X2. There is certainly no update pack for X2 that I am aware of, and just installing the H.265 codec on the computer is also unlikely to enable X2 to "see" the video since its coding was not written to recognise that codec.
