camera link

Post by david1000 »

When I try to do stop frame animation on X4, It doesn't recognise the camera (Microsoft Lifecam). The camera is connected and the blue light is on, and Microsoft Lifecam appears in the top left input box, but the screen is black and nothing happens when I click on record.
The camera works perfectly well on other programs.
Any ideas?????

Hi

First thought is the capture settings, most properties default to using NTSC even though the camera may be Pal.

Go to Options – Video Properties – set the correct Input Source and TV system to use Pal
Then choose the Profile tab for capture options
