VS x8 Audio Filter

I just recently bought the ultimate x8 VS and I'm pretty happy about it . Although I ran into a problem ,I need if I do a voice over to change my voice so it sounds diffrent in a funny way, example being, making my voice sound like helium. So I saw there's quite a few filters but none of those I can use for my project.

So now the question is : Am I able to add audio filters to the x8 ? and how and where can I find these ?

Yes you can add audio filters, I have New Blue Sound Benders installed, and the package does include the filter you need

New Blue Sound Benders only works with the 32 bit version of VS7/8

Seems like the New Blue Sound Benders is no longer available .

Do you have any alternative ? also for a 64bit ?

Export your voice track as wav and use the free audacity that have many filters and can use dozens other VST type.

I use WavePad, free version. It has a couple of more filters, in this regard, than Audacity, but either one is good.
