Creating Jewel cases for project

I have finally finished editing and burning my movie on VS9. My question is does anyone know of any programs where I can create and print DVD Jewel cases to completely finish my project off. The program that came with the printer allows me to create CD/DVD labels but not for the jewel cases.

I also use SureThing and think it is good. But these days, I have made up my own jewel-case template using Corel Draw (but you can use your own favourite program). Measure out the dimensions of a jewel case and draw your squares and rectangles accordingly in the graphics program. Then you can fill them in easily with whatever photos and text you want.
