Rotating Video Clip by % in Pro X7
I am trying to rotate a video clip by % (102%, 110%) instead of just 90 degrees. Is this possible in VideoStudio Pro X7? If so, how do I go about doing it?

With the video clip on the timeline, select FX and then drag & drop the Rotate effect on the clip in the timeline. Then double-click the timeline clip and then customize the effect by adjusting the rotation amount.

I am trying to rotate the clip to straighten the whole video clip. When I try the rotate FX it keeps wanting the video to continue to rotate past what I want the clip to be rotated to. It keeps spinning. Just trying to straighten out the clip.

Forget that last post. That was my stupidity for not looking at the first frame and last frame settings. Now I'm running into an issue where you can see that the video was rotated because the edges of the video are showing. I tried the pan/zoom but that doesn't seem to be consistent. One clip it hides the edges, the next clip with the same settings it does not. Any ideas?
