Maybe it is only me but I am completely confused by what you are trying to do, what you are doing and exactly what problem you are having.
All of a sudden you are talking about uploading to youTube, then you talk about rendering for a PATV station whatever that is. On top of that you also talked about creating DVDs.
Could you please explain exactly what is going on?

We're getting into the weeds on this. The YouTube reference was just for info as I render each project 2 ways-one in HD, then taking that , I render to 4:3 for the PATV stations.
The issue I am having is that I upload the 4:3 to Google Drive for the PATV station to download to their server. They report that there is no audio. I can play the file in WMP & VLC so there must be something missing from their end. I am going to change the audio to LCPM from Dolby to see if that works for them.

Why are you doing the unnecessary step of rendering in HD and then render again to standard 4:3 mpg?Why not render to that format right away?

You say your render in 2 ways in HD - what does that mean? I can understand rendering for youTube HD but what is the purpose of the 2nd way?

I take the HD, change the properties to 4:3 and do it again for PATV. The HD does not display properly when broadcast.

Hi

I am surprised that PATV does not support HD never mind 16:9 standard definition, no options than to render to 4:3.

In the US, PATV is provided by cable companies because they have to-not because they want to. So they put the channels on the non HD line up.
