Cannot activate PSP because Corel website is dead.

Post by anthonythecat »

Thank you Corel for your amazing incompetence.

For some stupid reason PSP X6 decides it doesn't want to run anymore so I have to reinstall it (and will probably waste a couple of hours resetting it to my preferences). And of course once I have reinstalled it wants me to enter my registration code but corel.com is dead at the moment so I cant register it and I can't get any work done.

Bloody brilliant.

Get your *** together corel.

I am not having any problems at all in opening the Corel.com Australian website - maybe your ISP has a problem

and no I do not work for Corel or have any connection with them at all.

Just to expand a little on Brian's response, this is a user to user web board. Those of us who staff it are simply users like you who volunteer their time to help others. None of us work for Corel, and Corel execs seldom if ever appear here. So while we can understand your frustration, there is little point in ranting at us about it.

Like Brian, I also have no trouble accessing the corel.com.au website. It is in fact the website I use most as I am an Australian living in New Zealand. I accessed it a couple of times yesterday to check up on my own registration of a couple of products, and have just accessed it again now. So if you are still having trouble, you might want to contact your ISP.

No idea what happened but last night I lost PSPx7 on my travel laptop. I'm currently in the USA. I needed a new download and had no issues at all. In fact the hotel WiFi was super quick.
