Corel PSP X7 Crashes during Tone mapping

I recently bought and installed X7 and had no trouble with it in the beginning but now for some reason when I am processing in HDR and I use the loca tone mapping selection, it causes the program to crash. I still have X4 on my computer and tone mapping works fine in that program. Both programs were on the computer and they worked fine. No other programs have been downloaded to the computer as of late. I'm thinking of uninstalling and re-installing the program but is there anything else I can do first?

Before uninstalling and re-installing, try resetting your workspace. The directions reference X6 but work the same on X7.

Note: If you have customized your workspace be sure to save it prior to resetting it.

Tried it but it still crashed. i'm going to try uninstalling it...frustrated. Thanks for the advice though. Never thought of it.
