I just bought a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 to use on Windows 8.1 64-bit with Corel Paintshop Pro X7 64-bit Service Pack 2. We are finding the mouse behaves erratically with PSP. The mouse works fine elsewhere and PSP works fine with our wired mouse. Downward scrolling using the mouse wheel with the mouse cursor positioned within the photo grid of the Manage tab does not work (photos jump up and down but end up in the same position). Upward scrolling is okay.
Both PSP and the mouse driver are up to date. Has anyone run into this issue? I'm not finding anything via Google.

No problem on my side (PSP X7 SP2, Windows 8 64 bit).
I'm using a Logitech M215 wi-fi mouse and a Wacom tablet (also wi-fi).
