short comment on X8, ScoreFitter.

I just submitted 4 (under 2min each) tutorials videos to a client.
He liked the 4 music tracks I put under the voice.
First time for me to use "auto music", ( I didn't like smart sound as it had to stuck it's 600MB on the C drive).

ScoreFitter isn't free off culprits, I couldn't adjust it to the proper length with a good ending.
I had to trick it with some black at the end or starting it a bit early than I wanted.
As these are just in-house videos and not on the way to the Grammy I left it as such.

All the different length tests were placed as 48K wav's in
....Application Data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\18.0\en-US\ScoreFitter
I didn't find them on any other locations as reported by Trevor.
Oh.. There are few short ones in My projects folder, I guess these are the ones I listen before choosing.
All will be deleted.

Scorefitter, like Smartsound, have to have a lead in and lead out. I've used Scorefitter in only 2 videos. It's "ok", but it's all midi sound. And the selection is limited. That's it. Smartsound library is huge. More costly, yes, but a superior product.
As for 600mb for Smartsound, is that with all your music? Not much in the scheme of file size on a hard drive in an era of 4tb drives.
With Smartsound, you can also have all your music on another hard drive and link it easily to the program. Click on Smartsound Quicktracks>Folders Tab.
