OK we have maybe been colleagues in the past During the last 20 years of my carreer I was CTO at Barco (http://www.barco.com/en/) where 700 of the 900 engineers in R&D were involved in imaging. I only can tell you that if one of my research engineers would have told me that he can judge image quality with things like MediaInfo or based on irrelevant "easy" samples like yours, I would have advised him to look for a commercial job. I am not going to dicuss any further unless we go into more details and artifact types related to highly compressed video.
